Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all modules. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we prorate any differences.
What counts as a "user"?
A user is any person who signs in to Meridian Cloud. End users who only access the self-service portal (e.g. to submit tickets) do not count towards your user limit.
Do all plans include every module?
Yes. Every plan — from Starter to Enterprise — includes access to all 10 modules: Voice, Endpoint, Desktop, Identity, Secure, Protect, Service, Monitor, Intelligence, and Automations. Higher tiers unlock advanced features within those modules.
How does MSP billing work?
MSP plans are a flat monthly fee that covers a set number of tenants and endpoints. You are billed monthly. If you exceed your limits, you can upgrade to the next tier or contact us for a custom quote.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Contact us at hello@meridiancloud.tech for annual billing options. Annual plans receive a discount equivalent to two months free.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. MSP Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
Is my data secure?
Meridian Cloud is hosted on Microsoft Azure with data encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow industry best practices for security and are working towards SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification.
